The programme was hosted recently at Radisson Hotel &#8211; Colombo, bringing together leadership and management teams across JXG for an immersive learning experience aimed at strengthening its leadership\u2019s empathetic capabilities to better respond to their teams with intention, trust, and inclusivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by Mimi Nicklin, an experienced CEO, global bestselling author, empathy advocate and executive coach with over 18 years\u2019 experience across 25+ markets, the programme endeavours to demonstrate how empathetic leadership and listening, when embedded within leadership, builds and sustains high performance, motivated teams. Underscoring the critical role of psychological safety\u2019s role in performance, the session reaffirmed JXG\u2019 longstanding resolution to strengthen people-centric leadership in the interest of scaling collaboration, employee engagement, and upholding a culture based on respect and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking about the programme,&nbsp;<strong>Wasanthi Stephen, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of JXG (Janashakthi Group)<\/strong>, said, \u201cWe believe that the growth and creation of inclusive teams begins when leadership integrates a culture of empathy within the organisation and within itself as well.
