Pan Asia Bank recently paid tribute to the loyalty and dedication of its long-serving employees at a special recognition event organised by the Bank\u2019s Human Resources Division.
The event was graced by the Chairman of Pan Asia Bank Aravinda Perera, the Director\/CEO Naleen Edirisinghe and the Corporate Management members.
The occasion celebrated individuals who played a pivotal role in shaping the institution\u2019s journey and strengthening its performance over decades. The event brought together colleagues from branches and business units across the island to acknowledge staff members who have completed 15,20,25 and 30 years of service.
The event was especially significant as the Bank\u2019s Director\/CEO Naleen Edirisinghe and the Assistant General Manager Human Resources, Thushari Malalgoda were also recognisedon the occasion for completing 25 years of service.
The evening was marked by inspiring addresses, award presentations and entertainment, creating a warm and memorable platform to appreciate the people who have grown alongside the Bank.
