The National Productivity Secretariat recognized the 50 top-performing Divisional Secretariats in 2025 as per the Divisional Productivity Index 1.0, and launched the Divisional Productivity Index 1.0 (2025) on Tuesday (16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Divisional Productivity Index 1.0 was implemented through the digital application \u201cCitizen Mirror\u201d on a voluntary basis, achieving an 84% participation rate island-wide. Based on this, Sri Lanka\u2019s divisional productivity for 2025 was calculated at 55.8%. The Index, comprised of 702 KPIs, evaluated and graded 284 participating Divisional Secretariats from AAA to D according to their performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ceremony was chaired by J.M.Thilaka Jayasundara, Secretary, Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development and S. Aloka Bandara, Secretary, Ministry of Public Administration. D.M.K.C. Dissanayake, District Secretary, Government Agent, Kurunegala, L.Prasanna Madanayake, District Secretary\/ Government Agent, Matale, O.V Chandana Thilakaratne, District Secretary, Government Agent, Matara, K.
