Huawei launched the Huawei Service Carnival on the 1st of November 2021 which will run up to the 31st of December 2021, offering a vast range of service opportunities, discounts and other amazing add-ons. The services and benefits offered are applicable for selected Huawei devices and Huawei will be rewarding its valued customers by offering many exclusive offers and promotions ranging from one-price battery replacement, screen and back cover replacement discount, free screen protector application to back cover protector discount and up to 200GB storage from LKR 43.
During the promotion period, the valued customers are entitled to replace the batteries at promotional prices of LKR 1, 899 / LKR 2, 599 / LKR 2, 799. These prices are inclusive of both the battery and labour charge which is a huge benefit for the consumers. The replaced batteries are entitled to a 90-day warranty, commencing from the collection date of the device post the replacement. The one-price battery replacement is valid at all Huawei Authorized Service Centers and is applicable for selected models in the P series, Mate series, Nova series, Y series, and other models such as Honor 4C, G Play mini, GR3 2017, GR5 2017, MediaPad M3 Lite 10.1 and MediaPad T2 7.0. The campaign participants are also entitled to enjoy discounted prices for selected spare parts for out-of-warranty repair requirements of Screen and Back Cover replacements. The discounted prices are only applicable for the cost of the selected spare parts and exclude repair labour charges.
Another amazing benefit that Huawei Service Carnival brings is offering up to 200GB storage from LKR 43 which is valid for a month. It is open for all Huawei IDs registered in Sri Lanka which are not currently subscribed to any Huawei Mobile Cloud storage. The subscription for this promotion will automatically renew with each subsequent month at the original price and the customers can cancel their subscription at any time. The Huawei Mobile Cloud is only available in Huawei devices that support EMUI 5.1 and above.
The most exciting feature of the carnival is the Share-to-Win activity where customers are eligible to win exciting gifts.
